-Will the product you send be the sama as the product in the photo?
Yes, except for handcrafted products. When these products, are ready, they may differ at a minimum level.
-Is it possible to receive regular information about the latest news and discounts in Birelin via e-mail?
Yes.
-How can ı get back my forgotten password?
If you forget your password, you can retrieve it by following the instructions in the Sign in section. Enter your e-mail address and we will send you an e-mail telling you what to do.
-How can i be sure that i have completed my shopping unproblematic?
When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, contact customer service.
-Can i track my order?
Yes, you can see the current status of your order. To do this, go to the "Cargo Tracking" section in your account. If you are not registered, click the link in the "Order Information" section of the confirmation e-mail.
-Can i delete any item in my order?
Yes. Unless you complete your order, you can delete unwanted products from your shopping cart.
–What should i do if a defective product is sent?
Birelin.com also provides post-purchase services. Exceptionally, if the procduct you have received has a defect, contact customer sevices.
-What shoul i do if a wrong item is sent?
If an item you did not order is sent to you, contact customer service.

–What payment methods can i use?
We offer the following payment methods:

-Why can my credit card be declined?
Your credit card be declined for the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Make sure your card is still valid.
- You may have exceeded your credit limit. Contact your bank to make sure you're not exceeding the permitted purchase limit.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Make sure you fill in all the required sections correctly.
-Can i include my company's information in the invoice?
Yes. It will be sufficcient to click the "Company" option in personal information and fill in the required tax information.
-Is it safe to use mt credit card on the web page?
Yes. data is transferred encrypted with SSL. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only SET transactions (secure electonic transactions) are accepted. After confirming that the card is included in the SET system, the system contacts the issuing bank to enable the recipient to authorize the payment. Once the bank confirms the accuracy, the payment will be deducted from the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
-Can i make my payments in installments?
Yes. For more information about your paymant method, please contact your bank.
–How can i get my invoice?
Your invoice is sent with the product(s) you habe purchased.
Delivery
-Where can i receive my order?
Your order will be sent to an address you specify on www.birelin.com (sent to addresses such as home, workplace, but not to the post office.)
-How long will my order be delivered?
Your order will ve delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Delivey is not available on Sundays and public holidays.
Return
-Do i have to make any payment to return my products?
Birelin.com returns are always free when using the return methods we offer.
-How can i return section?
Please follow the steps in the return section. İf you are not registered on the Birelin.com website, you can access the return requat form by cliciking here.
Products must be in their original condition. You must present the invoice for the products. All returns must be made within one month of the shipping confirmation email.
-How do i get the refund?
Once the return is approved, you will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
-When will i get my refund?
Once the return is approved (the items must be in perfect condition and the labels inside to confirm the transaction), you will receive a confirmation e-maiş stating that the refund will be sent to you within a few days.
Remember that payments made to ypur credit card will always depend on your bank/ financial institution.

Birelin.com reserves the right to refuse the returns or returns of poducts that are not in the condition they were received or sent or notified after the return period has passed.
